Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be defective or damaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

To start a refund, please email customer support at refunds@gopelz.com with a photo of your product and your receipt. 

If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Also, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

We do not make exchanges, so please be sure of the product you buy.
